Terms and Conditions of ICCO Membership

Please read this document carefully, which sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and the ICCO. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Registration

We offer online registration through our website www.iccortho.org where you can also find more details. Registration and login credentials for our website are confirmed by an automatically generated email. ICCO membership is valid for one calendar year: January 1 to December 31. New Members can register according to a monthly sliding scale (pro rata) at any time during the year. Applications for membership after July 1 will also include the following calendar year. To guarantee uninterrupted access to the ICCO website and all associated services, membership must be renewed by December 31 each year. Those who selected and purchased a multiple-year membership package don’t need to renew their membership until its expiry date.
Any payment information you send via the internet is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is currently the preferred method for secure credit card data transfers via the internet.

Membership Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew on the 15th of November every year until you inform us that you no longer wish to be a member of the ICCO, in which case the membership fee for the following year will not become due.

Cancellations

You may notify us of your wish to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. In order to cancel automatic renewal of your membership, please notify us by 1st November. No refunds will be made on fees that have already been paid. Fees for the year in which the cancellation is submitted must be paid.
