“The development and foundation of the ICCO was long-awaited by the orthodontic community. The community lagged on this front in comparison to specialties which were founded much later historically but faster evolved to meet the challenges of modern dental world.
It is true that dentistry’s first specialty lacks an independent, scientific and clinically oriented organization similar to the ones available in relatively recently emerged dental disciplines. It is with much anticipation and thrill that I undertake the role of founding president of the newly formed body which comes to fill this void by aiming at providing a forum to orthodontists, related specialties and broader dental community.

Who We Are
An independent, non-profit association of committed professionals in orthodontics and related fields founded in Zurich, Switzerland.
Purpose
ICCO manages a varied programme of events and content schedule for members through the year. These programs support professionals in their daily work and share knowledge of orthodontics through industry leader talks, study clubs, articles and mentoring.
Goals
The promotion and dissemination of knowledge about orthodontics and related fields to connect, inform and support members during their careers. From education to networking, we share the aim to get better, more predictable results using a systematic approach with the least amount of effort.
