Summary of the Lecture
The treatment of pronounced molar incisor hypomineralisation (MIH) is often challenging for both the patient and the practitioner. Factors such as hypersensitivity, pulpitis, partially erupted MIH molars and reduced bond strength values complicate dental work and reduce long-term success.
It seems to be important for everyday practice that there is a wide range of temporary restoration options even for teeth that are difficult to restore. The speakers will provide information on current and complementary therapy recommendations/methods with corresponding literature references.
